Fran has now sold 3 of our properties. We continue to seek her guidance and expertise because all of our experiences have been positive. She explains the process, and always exceeds expectations. I am an out of state seller and couldn't effectively negotiate these properties from afar without her assistance. We will continue to use her for future listings.

The one thing I have learned when dealing with realtors is that you usually know right away when you have a good one or a not so good one. Fran is a GREAT one. There is not anything she wont do to try and sell your house. She repeatedly went above and beyond. Dealt with multiple contractors for us. Took professional pictures of our property for a top notch listing. Prior to the sale she had provided us with a BPO in order to get an accurate listing price in the event we decided to sell. From start to finish Fran was on top of things. We never had to worry about anything because we knew Fran would handle it. If you want peace of mind, professional work, and a stress free experience, you want Fran as your agent. Sign the listing agreement and let her handle the rest.

First let me state that I have not met in person with Fran (my lost)* I contacted her ( chose her off of yelp list of realtors ) while in Bay St. Louis about a property I wished to sell. Fran got in touch with me almost immediately and was constantly in touch during the process. The property was not hundreds of thousands of dollars* in fact it was less than $12000 but she worked as if it were hundreds. Fran worked for over a year to get our wonderful home sold on the golf course. She never gave up. Fran always had a resource and extended on-line exposure. We lost lots of shingles, gutters, etc. as a result of Hurricane Zeta. She suggested construction companies, found repair men for buyer concerns and made a nightmare into a positive process. This is my first time buying land. I bought it sight unseen from a different state than the land is located. I contacted Fran to inquire about some land I wanted to purchase. Through the process of getting all the details about the property, I had to make a change. Even though I was the initial contact the deal was now going to include a family member. Even though it was hard to get through to my family and me about important steps in the process, Fran was always on top of what needed to happen next.
